I've graded all the pins and packed up about half of your pledges which will be going out soon!! I will continue packing up the rest of your pledges and getting them out ASAP.

Hey, all!

There was a little bit of a delay in the pin production, but they're all completed and on their way to me! That means your cards will be charged for any additional add-ons you selected in the survey and for shipping costs. Once they arrive, I will grade (quality check) them + start shipping them out.


This is the MOST EXCITING step for me! Sorting and putting together orders can be tedious, but so fun to put together each individual package.


I already have my hands on the freebie buttons (for those who backed in the first 48 hours) and the bumper stickers.

Poll results of the glowing and shimmering effects on the freebie Ghost Cat pin (for also backing my partner's project):

A majority of you voted that you liked both shimmer and glow & that you would like it no matter what! I did get everyone's feedback & that a few of you preferred the glow, which will be a little weaker due to having both effects. I appreciate your feedback! I spoke with my manufacturer and had them make the pins glow as bright as possible while having both effects. When these are listed for sale, I will definitely explain the effects + that the iridescent shimmer is the main effect and the glow is just a fun bonus. :)

Stay Barely Scary

Hello, all!!

I hope you’re all doing well. It’s been a tough time in our house with our dog passing in the beginning of the year, and now one of our kitties passing from cancer last week. 💔 I’m still focusing on moving this project along though.

In happier news, I got some sample photos from my manufacturer that I wanted to send your way!

I’m SO excited for the Jackalope pin. I was warned the glowing powder might make the eye a little lighter/speckled, but I think it looks fantastic!

I felt AMBITIOUS with this design and had my manufacturer do both glow in the dark powder AND iridescent powder. This is something they hadn’t done before, so I had them make up this sample before making all the units. The powders do interact a bit, and the glow effect is lessened. This being said, I still really like how both of the features look even though the glow isn’t super bright.

The Ghost Cat pin is the freebie for the people who pledged to both my project partner and my Creatures project. Extras will be available for sale after the project ends.

I want to know what YOU think of it if you pledged to both projects OR if you plan on purchasing one after the project ends. Please vote in the poll I attached!

Let me know— do you like it as it is? Should I remove the glow all together? Should I try to reduce the iridescence to see if it makes the glow better? I 100% love the iridescence and won’t be getting rid of that!

Hey, everyone!

I hope you're all doing well. I've been locking your orders so I can get a final count of the pins. I'll be officially sending out my order to start pin production this weekend. I'm getting a few samples just to make sure the effects turn out the way I want them to!
